Job Title: Talent Acquisition Marketing Supervisor

This is an opportunity to lead a talented team in North America, aligning with the USA/Canada workforce and managing talent attraction functions.

As a marketing leader, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing plan to optimize budgets and maximize applicant flow. Your goal is to create a world-class recruitment experience for top talent.

  • Champion initiatives with the talent acquisition team to maintain awareness of associate hiring needs and applicant flow requirements.
  • Drive sourcing efforts to ensure budget optimization and maximize return on investment through data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, internet media, and community partners, to fulfill client requirements.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing and lead a team that acts as an internal recruitment advertising agency. The role involves building relationships with teammates and company leaders across the globe, clients, and our talent pool.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote results-oriented team and work onsite at least once a month.
