Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Director to oversee and direct our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hiring top talent and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our organizational objectives. This includes collaborating closely with senior leadership to understand requirements and design effective recruitment plans.

You will also be responsible for monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures, and staying informed about industry trends, market trends, and best practices to optimize recruitment approaches.

Additionally, you will work hand-in-hand with C-level executives and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives, and act as a strategic partner offering insights and recommendations to enhance talent acquisition practices.
