As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth. With a strong background in human resources and recruitment, you will be responsible for analyzing future hiring needs, developing job specifications, and partnering with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through various channels, including professional networks, industry events, and online platforms;
  • Utilize databases, online employment forums, and social media to pool applicants;
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit vacant positions;
  • Promote our employment opportunities;
  • Provide timely recruitment reports to department managers;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing effective communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;

To succeed in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in digital marketing or advertising industries.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with digital marketing roles, including SEO specialists, content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers;
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
