About This Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment for various roles, crafting job descriptions and defining role requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Develop a strong talent pipeline by building relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify top-tier candidates and create compelling job offers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and people operations, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • People Operations: Support onboarding, manage employee records, collaborate on performance management processes, and contribute to additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Familiarity with HR systems.
  • Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.
