We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Colkin Architecture and Construction in Cavite.

Our mission is to craft spaces that inspire, function beautifully, and stand the test of time.

Estimated Salary

Roughly 300,000 PHP per month (based on local standards and industry benchmarks) depending on qualifications and experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • C Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and report to stakeholders regularly.
  • Resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Capable of performing cost estimation, basic quantity surveying, and understanding billing processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle people and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably resides in Cavite.
  • Immediate availability for work.
