Master Builder Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Builder Project Leader to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects ensuring quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Gantt charts and other scheduling tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project progress.
• Oversee and manage project budgets ensuring cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
• Supervise project staff and subcontractors providing leadership and guidance to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues or challenges.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and design specifications.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation compliant with company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or architecture industry.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting Gantt charts and managing project schedules.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to drive a motorcycle for site visits and project inspections.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

Earn an Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per year
