Project Director

Colkin Architecture and Construction, a premier design-build firm, is seeking an experienced Project Director - Construction Management to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

The Project Director - Construction Management will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing construction projects to ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations are met.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules using Gantt charts and other scheduling tools.
• Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project progress.
• Overseeing project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
• Supervising project staff and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Identifying and resolving any project issues or challenges.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To be successful as a Project Director - Construction Management, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or architecture industry.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting Gantt charts and managing project schedules.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
