About the JobJob Description:

The Senior Project Director will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of professionals to execute projects from concept to completion;
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to align operational processes with company goals;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and upholding company standards;
  • Cultivating a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in project management and team leadership, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction best practices;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
