Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a winning comprehensive sales and channel strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue to ensure accurate projections and informed decision-making
  • Execute the Go-To-Market Plan to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Generate customer leads and manage opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and retention
  • Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape to provide targeted solutions and offerings
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate details to Resource Management to ensure effective resource allocation and planning
  • Assist in screening services delivery resources and assessing qualifications to ensure the best fit for each project
  • Conduct relevant Pre-Sales Activities to ensure a successful project launch and implementation
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and complete
  • Achieve the set company targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Present progress and status reports to Management to ensure transparency and accountability
