Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, utilizing Gantt charts to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project progress.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Supervise project staff and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Identify and resolve project issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with company and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or architecture industry.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting Gantt charts and managing project schedules.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive a motorcycle for site visits and project inspections.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
