Job Overview:

Build relationships with prospects and clients to drive business growth. Generate and nurture sales opportunities aligned with company strategy. Primary focus will be to generate appointments for Face-to-face meetings for Sales manager and team to carry out.  Actively working on existing deals within the pipeline to provide sales opportunities will be vital to keep this up to date and implement strategies.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for outbound lead generation and appointment setting for construction and related industry prospects and clients in the UK market
  • Make introductory calls to prospective clients, follow up with emails, and work to secure face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
  • Leverage existing client database in Freshsales CRM as well as generate new leads through proactive research and outreach
  • Occasionally handle inbound customer calls to provide product information, pricing, and schedule appointments as needed
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, and other materials to support and follow up actions of the face-to-face sales meetings with clients
  • Collaborate with internal sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the overall sales process
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon key performance indicators (KPIs) for activities such as number of calls, meetings set, and pipeline value

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in the construction/building materials industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple leads and tasks
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Work Location

  • Hybrid - (7th Floor, Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City 1800, Metro Manila, Philippines)
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
