Megabon Construction and Development Corporation is a PCAB-licensed construction and space solutions company specializing in interior fit-outs for commercial, office, and retail environments. Established in 2016, our team of experienced construction professionals guides clients from planning through project completion.

Role Description

The Project in Charge is accountable for managing all aspects of a project-from planning, execution and completion of modular and joinery project scope. The PIC is also responsible for ensuring the quality, budget and timeline of a project. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing project resources, identifying and mitigating project risks and weekly progress reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Implementation:

·       Define project scope, objectives and deliverables

·       Identify project dependencies and critical path activities

·       Conduct final site measurements prior fabrication to ensure correctness of shop drawings with actual site condition and/or other consideration

·       Ensure that project deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and with quality standards.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

·       Conduct regular team meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.

·       Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, anticipate potential problems and proactively address them.

·       Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

·       Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.

·       Prepare and present regular reports on project status, challenges, and achievements to manager.

Risk Management:

·       Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

·       Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Management:

·       Efficiently manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

·       Ensure that modifications are documented, justified and approved by relevant stakeholders

Quality Assurance:

·       Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to minimize or achieve zero punch lists.

Project Completion and Documentation:

·       Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports and records

·       Ensure smooth project closure, including final deliverables and documentation achieving excellent quality

·       Prepare and submit project completion reports and evaluations.

·       Conduct post-project evaluations to identify success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and Construction Management
  • Proficient in Project Management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in BS Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Technical / Function Skills:

·       Strong leadership

·       Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office, CAD)

·       Understanding of quality standards

·       Teamplayer

·       Good problem-solving skills

·       Ability to generate new ideas and solutions

·       Good oral and written communication skills

·       Ability to work independently without supervision
