Role Overview
Tetra Pak is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Growth Lead to drive and secure sustainable business growth through industry mapping, category development, and securing potential customers and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of sales or business development experience within Tetra Pak or in the FMCG or Food and Beverage Industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Map, prioritize, pursue, and secure business opportunities with new customer prospects.
  2. Secure sales targets for packaging and processing solutions from an end-to-end value perspective.
  3. Manage collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders in developing and delivering proposals and solutions.
  4. Manage customer journey from business development execution to handover to account management teams.

Requirements
  • 5-7 Years of Sales or Business Development Experience within Tetra Pak or in other companies, preferably in the FMCG or Food and Beverage Industry.
  • Experience and familiarity with the Food and Beverage Industry or FMCG industry is considered an advantage.
  • Successful Track Record of Generating and Securing New Business and Customers.
  • In-depth understanding of the local market, customers, consumers, categories, and market environment.
