A Service Excellence Specialist is sought after to drive customer experience improvements.
The role involves analyzing performance data, providing actionable insights, and optimizing customer interactions.
- Analyze customer service metrics, feedback, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first contact resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and measure customer interactions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or service-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the consumer goods, food & beverage, or hospitality industries.
