The Role Involves Troubleshooting Complex Problems:
Leverage new technology to enhance efficiency and develop self-service opportunities for a seamless customer experience. Unblock users to continue their design journey.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist users by answering questions coming through various channels
- Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
- Troubleshoot login issues, user-reported bugs/issues, and billing/payment queries
- Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely feedback
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform-related problems
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
- Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
