
Expert Technical Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide expert-level technical support for clients.
Primary Responsibilities:- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Admin Portals (users, licenses, security policies)
- Configure and monitor VOIP phone systems and call routing
- Manage and maintain Windows-based environments including user accounts, remote access, and patching
- Provide Tier 1-2 support and incident resolution
- Develop and document technical procedures
- At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments
- Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call flow, SIP configuration, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
