Key IT Position

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide expert-level technical support for clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Admin Portals (users, licenses, security policies)
  • Configure and monitor VOIP phone systems and call routing
  • Manage and maintain Windows-based environments including user accounts, remote access, and patching
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support and incident resolution
  • Develop and document technical procedures
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments
  • Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call flow, SIP configuration, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
