Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support via live chat and tickets to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Simplify complex technical issues into actionable steps for customers of all expertise levels.
  • Contribute to various projects that enhance the customer experience, such as improving the Kodee AI Assistant.
  • Stay updated on product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, with a track record of delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental web hosting concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting).
