e-Commerce Partnership Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive growth and expansion in our e-commerce platform. As an offshore role, you will focus on developing strategic partnerships with suppliers of high-end furniture and premium food products.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support and commercial partnership development.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset and exceptional relationship-building skills to ensure seamless product delivery and a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers through strategic negotiations and agreements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers, including logistics coordination and fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update product catalogs with complex pricing structures and negotiate optimal supply agreements.
Operational Excellence:
  • Coordinate daily operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience, resolve issues promptly, and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Track business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times to inform data-driven decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience:
  • Proven experience in procurement, supplier management, or related field, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Skills:
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet software.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations and ability to use CRM tools effectively.
