
Senior Partnership Strategist

A key member of our Partner Success team, supporting the success and growth of B2B travel commerce partners in APAC across flights, hotels, cars, and packages.
This highly cross-functional role blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure ongoing partner success, focusing on Korean-speaking partners.
- Develop and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing revenue performance.
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within our organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
An ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, business-level fluency in Korean and English, proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships, excellent analytical skills, and experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
