About the RoleOur company seeks a strategic E-commerce Partnerships Lead to drive growth of our B2B/B2C platform by expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, source, and secure new suppliers by negotiating supply agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships from outreach to operational support.
- Maintain product catalogs and complex pricing structures.
- Coordinate logistics and fulfillment for timely delivery.
- Monitor platform operations for a seamless customer experience.
- Track key business metrics: profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
- Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Proven procurement or supplier management experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Negotiation and communication skills for managing professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and CRM tools.
- A highly organized problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
