Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (Own websites, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok).
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve, conversion rates, and increase online sales (e.g., develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize e-commerce performance.

Good-to-have-skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in in marketing or business-related courses
  • At 6 months to 1 years' experience in E-Commerce roles or similar
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok.
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience relating to Medial Representative is a plus.
