Key Role: E-Commerce Specialist

About the Position
  • We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to lead our team in managing the overall operation of the website and maintaining a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries. They should be proficient in content, product, and inventory management, with expertise in SEO and knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operation of the website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing assistance with customer selections.
  • Optimize product listings and content, using detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications.
  • Build relationships with customers and develop partnerships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
  • Set prices based on industry trends and sales strategy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Expertise in SEO and knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media queries.
