Job Title: Digital Merchandising and E-commerce Strategist

The role of a Digital Merchandising and E-commerce Strategist is to enhance the online customer experience by staying ahead of e-commerce trends and continuously challenging merchandising standards to optimize the website.

This position involves managing product placement, conducting A/B testing and analysing competitors, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, managing vendor relationships, overseeing product range execution, and supporting site issue management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing schedules and deliver merchandising requirements.

Continually enhance the online customer experience by ensuring that the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.

Analyse data from analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on website performance and customer behaviour, making informed decisions about merchandising strategies.

Develop and manage constant changes to product placement in line with strategy to improve sales performance, increase conversion and average order size through online merchandise management.

Conduct A/B testing to optimise website design, product placement, and promotional strategies, analyse test results and propose changes based on findings.
