We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal department, including data entry, document management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as directed by management and/or the LBPs.
- Perform various tasks, such as gathering and disseminating data, retrieving documents, conducting research, drafting written analyses, and preparing presentations.
- Conduct legal research, litigation assistance, contract review/drafting support, correspondence, and electronic discovery.
- Provide assistance in the collection, extraction, and filtering of digitized documents, legal transcription, due diligence, basic budget/accounting support, outside counsel billing issue resolution, and monitoring.
- Attend meetings to identify issues for legal administration and communicate them to appropriate legal personnel.
- Maintain files, charts, and databases as assigned.
- Prepare presentations as required.
- Provide legal updates to the legal team as required.
- Identify and differentiate between legal clauses, business clauses, and hybrid clauses in contracts.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
