We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily tasks, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate appointments, engagements, and travels
  • Provide logistics for meetings, special assignments, and travels
  • Coordinate schedules with concerned departments or outside entities
  • Generate and prepare reports as required
  • Record and disseminate incoming and outgoing letters and documents
  • Ensure recording and transmittal of external communication
  • Photocopy documents and disseminate them to intended recipients
  • Routine correspondences and letters as requested
  • Cash advance and expense report
  • Notice of meeting
  • Request for payment
  • Purchase requisition/capital expenditure request
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of at least a four-year degree in any field
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and office management
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
