
Administrative Professional

The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the organization by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling office maintenance tasks, and performing messengerial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, garden, and common areas;
- Helping to secure building safety and ensuring electrical appliances are turned off after office hours;
- Coordinating with hired individuals for general cleaning as needed;
- Notarizing official contracts and documents;
- Mailing official letters and pouches;
- Delivering and picking up documents and items from government agencies;
- Purchasing office supplies after regular inventory and liquidation of cash advances;
- Bank errands as needed with instruction from Supervisor, Finance Coordinator, and Cashier.
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant work experience;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment;
- Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
