Job Opportunity

The Program Coordinator role is a key position within our organization, requiring an individual to handle various administrative tasks, data entry, and project-based responsibilities assigned by the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to hiring managers and suppliers, while researching independently for resolution as needed.
  • Support the Program Manager, Specialists, Hiring Managers, and Suppliers throughout the requisition and contingent worker management processes, including follow-up on requisition approvals, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding of workers, time, and expense management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding & offboarding activities, including background checks, compliance documentation, system access setup, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Regularly monitor the Power BI and VMS dashboards, documenting any anomalies and proactively escalating potential issues as needed.
  • Meet deadlines for weekly tasks and reporting assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Plus 1-3 years' work experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, or administrative assistance.
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft suite products and Adobe.
  • Knowledge of VMS, HRIS, or ATS systems.
  • Understanding of office administrative procedures and standard office equipment use.
  • A team player with strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office setting, requiring minimal travel. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
