
Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our operations team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support, marketing services, and client care to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate professionals, including calendar management, document preparation, and email correspondence.
- Manage client databases, update CRM systems, and follow up with leads to close deals.
- Design and send email marketing campaigns, create engaging property listings, and manage social media accounts to promote properties and build brand awareness.
- Coordinate transactions by tracking deadlines, communicating with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Conduct market research, prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), and provide data-driven insights to inform real estate decisions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow, MLS, and Realtor.com is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is beneficial.
- A minimum of 100mbps internet speed is necessary for this role.
