Job Opportunity: Frontdesk Specialist

Our US partner is a leading Medical Digital Imaging Service Provider in New Jersey. They offer diagnostic imaging services in convenient and friendly outpatient centers.

As a Healthcare Specialist, you will assist patients with inquiries, set up appointments and perform general tasks.

This role offers full-time hours on a standard shift and office-based work arrangement.

Duties:

  • Answer customer calls and resolve their needs
  • Set appointments for patients and verify confirmation
  • Collect information about customer concerns and provide suitable resolutions
  • Update customer accounts by adding new information
  • Escalate critical issues that require immediate resolution
  • Process orders and label received faxes
  • Notify patients about upcoming procedures and clinical preparations

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience in healthcare insurance roles
  • Previous experience in radiology or digital imaging would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of appointment scheduling and back-office functions would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10 and DX codes required
