Technical Support Specialist Job Opportunity

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to corporate clients, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via telephone, email, and online chat
  • Build personal customer relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Escalate complex issues to the development team and coordinate until resolution
  • Convey customer feedback to product development staff
  • Keep customers informed of issue resolution progress
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive and high-quality support
  • Provide user education and training
Requirements:
  • Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer etiquette and ability to manage high-profile customers under pressure
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows Server issues using built-in tools
  • Good understanding of basic networking protocols
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Quick learner and self-starter
Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge or experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms
  • Experience as a network/system administrator or Technical Support representative
  • Deep understanding of the Windows Server operating system (file system, registry, memory model, security model, process model)
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft VSS
