  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage, supervise, and support clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and record-keeping processes.
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
  • Implement and update clinic policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers, vendors, and insurance companies.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic administration.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
