
Senior HR Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the human resources department, you will play a crucial role in implementing strategies for organizational development and ensuring that activities of the section and department meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, safety, legal situations, and environmental policies.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains KPI targets and systems for measuring necessary aspects of organizational performance.
- Manages and develops direct reporting staff.
- Monitors, measures, and reports on organizational development plans and achievements.
- Manage and control departmental expenditures within agreed budgets.
- Liaises with other department managers to understand all necessary aspects of organizational development and ensures that they are fully informed of objectives and achievements.
- Approves reports, requests, and other operational procedures pertinent to the departments.
- Formulates, recommends, and implements employee relations, policies, benefits, and other personnel development-related programs and activities.
- Establishes procedures and systems for appraisal and employee movements.
- Aids in interpreting management policies to employees and employees' point of view to management.
- Prepares company handbooks and manuals.
- Provides solutions and settles conflicts regarding industrial relation problems of the organization.
- Recruitment - hiring staff, sets job descriptions, places advertisements, works with recruitment consultants, and conducts interviews.
Qualifications:
- Female applicant, 40 years old and above.
- Graduate of Psychology (or related course in Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences).
- At least five years' experience in human relations and training functions in a manufacturing firm.
- Knowledge of wages, labor laws, Industrial relations.
- Must be well-versed in personnel management tools and techniques.
- Has working knowledge of various labor laws affecting employer-employee relationships.
- Has experience in handling job evaluation, compensation, manpower planning, and development.
- Preferably with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
- With ISO certification knowledge/experience.
- With audit background (internal and/or external HR-related audits).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Must have a deep understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
