About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Accounting Specialist. You will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance inbox and address inquiries promptly.
  • Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.
  • Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
  • Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero.
  • Experience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
