Our company is seeking an HR Assistant Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and developing HR staff, monitoring organizational development plans, controlling budgets, and liaising with managers to align HR and business objectives.

• Develop and manage key performance indicator systems to measure performance
• Oversee and develop HR staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
• Monitor and report on organizational development plans to ensure they are aligned with company goals
• Control departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Liaise with managers to align HR and business objectives
• Approve reports and operational procedures to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
• Formulate policies, benefits, and employee programs to support employee engagement and retention
• Implement performance appraisal and employee movement systems to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees
• Interpret management policies and facilitate communication with employees to ensure understanding and compliance
• Prepare company handbooks and manuals to provide guidance and support to employees
• Resolve industrial relations issues through effective communication and negotiation
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transition of new employees into the company
• Drive training and career development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Proven experience in HR leadership or organizational development
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and talent management
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
