Job Description

Be part of our client's team as an HR Operations Specialist, where you will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve Tier 1 and 2 HR concerns, manage claims and escalations, provide accurate information, and ensure smooth issue resolution while adhering to HR standards and procedures.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Flexible for Morning, Mid, or Night Shift (Weekends Off)

Work setup: Hybrid, Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or helpdesk & basic HR.
  • Minimum of 2 years in HR Operations.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent work ethics anchored on integrity and accuracy.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to create HR reports with insights.
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines across geographies (C&B, employee relations, legal, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Case Management tools, HRIS, and Timekeeping systems.
  • Integrity, honesty, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, virtual environments.
  • Strong multitasking, research, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Customer-focused with an empathetic approach.

Your Daily Tasks

Employee Services & Support

  • Provide timely, quality resolution to HR queries while ensuring efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences at every contact.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries via HR Tool (CHEER).

HR Operations & Administration

  • Track actions taken to address cases/issues and follow through until resolution.
  • Identify potential challenges in tools/systems and escalate when needed.
  • Handle inbound/outbound concerns via email, chat, tickets, or calls.
  • Collect detailed information to address employee queries effectively.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ensure objectives on productivity, quality, and resolution are consistently met.
  • Adhere strictly to security and HR policies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Attend and pass training events and assessments to enhance knowledge.
  • Improve quality results by recommending better processes and adhering to standards.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Reduce escalations by resolving cases efficiently.
  • Categorize inquiries, escalate appropriately, and coordinate with the right teams.
  • Deliver exceptional support by focusing on courtesy and resolution.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned.
