- Screening applicants, conducting interviews, and managing the full hiring cycle following reasonable timetables.
- Act as a link between employees, managers, and executives to address complaints, resolve conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
- Administering and analyzing compensation package and managing benefits plans
- Managing employee records and performs other administrative tasks
- Reviewing employee performance and contributing to development plans for employees
- Creating and updating performance review matrix
- Creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to national and local employment laws and company internal policies and procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Graduate of BS Human Resource Management/BS Psychology/Business Management and other related courses
Work Experience:
- With at least 3 years' experience in handling HR role
Knowledge Area:
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Knowledge of HR functions (Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Compliance: Training & Development and HR Administration)
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Team player
- Time management skills
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Attention to detail
- Strong ethics and reliability
Personal Attributes:
- Independent, hardworking, analytical, can work under pressure and with minimum supervision, with pleasing personality, flexible, and able to multi-task
