Job Description

Our organization requires a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to provide essential support services for our business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in utilizing CRM tools such as Monday.com. They should also be familiar with Canva, VTiger, Wix, WordPress, and Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel).

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
  • Support agent data management, including database updates and reporting.
  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, basic content updates, and responding to inquiries.
  • Research and source property listings based on client needs and criteria.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
