Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Tax Professional to lead our finance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, advising clients on tax-related matters, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Return Preparation and Review: Prepare and review U.S. individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065)
  • Client Advisory Services: Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and structuring matters
  • Tax Representation: Represent clients before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collection cases
  • Compliance Management: Ensure timely and accurate filings with adherence to IRS and state-specific guidelines
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams on tax issues
  • Professional Development: Keep up to date with U.S. tax laws, international tax treaties, and IRS updates
Requirements:
  • Must hold current Enrolled Agent (EA) credentials with the IRS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation and consulting
  • Strong understanding of U.S. tax codes, especially for individuals and small businesses
  • Familiarity with tax software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
