Job Title: Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the accounting functions, including general ledger account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and technical accounting analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting principles, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in General Ledger accounting. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Technical Accounting Analysis: Conduct technical accounting analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting principles
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in General Ledger accounting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
