Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Tax Specialist to join our team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our finance team to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and support the overall financial health of the organization. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and filing tax returns, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring cash flow.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, as well as proficiency in Excel and other financial tools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
