Job Summary
Bookkeeper & Data Entry SpecialistThis is a critical role in the organization, requiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and process payroll.
Responsibilities include:
- Acknowledge and undertake the responsibility of generating comprehensive financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and year-end financial reporting.
To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role. Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, or other Zoho finance applications is also required. A strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements is essential. Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are also necessary.
