Job Title

An Order Management Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle order management activities, including software and hardware fulfillment. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team on quote building and processing orders in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, with a focus on order management to billing. They will also be responsible for managing subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, including activation and billings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment using Zuora.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to ensure consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 3+ years related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
