QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Must have 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, preferably in the e-commerce, retail, or wholesale sectors.
  • Must have solid experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations, including returns management, order processing, and logistics coordination
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams, ideally in a fast-paced fulfillment or warehouse environment.
  • Must have experience in logistics, delivery routing planning and truck maintenance (PMS)
  • Must have strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring, training, and motivating staff to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Must be proficient in data analysis and performance tracking, including the use of metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Must have good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly convey expectations to team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards for quality control, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be adaptable and able to manage change in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.

  • Must be flexible with work schedule and willing to work during holidays, willing to work in extended hours and extra Saturdays as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuously assess and identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes by reducing errors, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing workflow.
  • Implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and achieve cost-effective performance.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to pinpoint areas of improvement, initiate process changes, and ensure continuous improvement in fulfillment speed and accuracy.
  • Oversee the efficient and accurate handling of product returns and claims, ensuring that all returns are processed according to company policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure timely and thorough submissions of claims to platform teams, providing all necessary supporting documentation, including photographs and detailed reports, to guarantee swift resolutions.
  • Serve as the liaison between warehouse operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Collaborate closely with the inventory, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure stock levels align with order demand and that fulfillment schedules are met.
  • Oversee the timely dispatch of parcels and manage logistics to meet shipping deadlines. Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure that all outgoing orders are fulfilled within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Ensure that dispatch documentation and tracking information is accurate, timely, and properly recorded.
  • Supervise and enforce stringent quality control checks to guarantee that the right products are picked, packed, and shipped according to the customer's order and specifications.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that all products meet quality standards, are correctly packaged, and adhere to company guidelines before shipment.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of fulfillment staff, ensuring proper training on warehouse operations, safety standards, and best practices for handling products and shipping orders.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and motivate the team to consistently achieve fulfillment goals, productivity targets, and high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture by creating a work environment where employees are motivated, engaged, and accountable.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings with team members to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Take initiative in identifying emerging trends, challenges, and bottlenecks within the e-commerce fulfillment process, and develop proactive strategies to address these issues.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and e-commerce fulfillment innovations, integrating best practices into the team's daily operations.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as needed, based on the evolving needs of the warehouse and fulfillment department, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to support overall company goals.

Monday - Friday | compressed working time (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM)Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (5:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
