Job Overview

This role oversees key customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely project execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise, strong communication skills, and be highly organized with sharp attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-value client accounts, reviewing orders and processing edits.
  • Rout orders to vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows.
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed and handle escalations.
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation.
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones and contribute to process improvement.

Bonus: A working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is beneficial.
