Help Desk Professional

Required Skills:

  • Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and VMWare virtualization support are essential skills.
  • The ability to troubleshoot network switches, routers, and firewall (CISCO, HP, and Draytek) is highly desirable.
  • Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL are required.
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and in writing are necessary.
