Strategic Growth Manager

At J-K Network Services, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, with at least 2 years of experience working in a construction company. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field is required. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in this area.
We offer a competitive salary range of Php 50,000 – Php 70,000 per month, plus additional benefits such as Government mandated benefits, 13th Month Pay, HMO, Vacation Leave Credits, and Sick Leave Credits. Our company culture values work-life balance, so you can expect a stable and supportive environment to excel in your role.
In this position, you will be responsible for targeted marketing strategies, creating development plans and growth projects, identifying market opportunities, and pursuing new clients and opportunities to drive growth and profitability. You will also handle most non-sales related third-party relationships with the company.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to analyze market trends, identify areas of growth, and develop effective strategies to achieve business goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
