As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Scheduling candidates for interviews while coordinating calendars and communicating effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
- Tracking recruiting activities across the firm and providing consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team.
- Creating a positive candidate experience through the interview process, ensuring seamless communication and administration.
- Administering recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.
- Maintaining data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone).
- Strong and stable internet connection to facilitate video and audio calls.
Desirable qualities include strong team working skills, proactive project management skills, and experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources.
