This is a high-level hiring manager role responsible for leading the recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring timely and efficient hiring decisions.

  • This role involves providing leadership and direction to the recruitment team, including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and strategic direction.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent in IT professionals in Latin America.
  2. Manage team performance, including workload allocation, volume forecasting, headcount planning, and performance optimization.
  3. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to ensure they meet established goals and metrics.
  4. Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success and develop strong client relationships.
  5. Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs of recruitment management groups to facilitate performance excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process, including pipeline development, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance and stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes, interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
