About the Opportunity

GA HR Consultancy Inc., an accredited headhunter and executive search partner, is hiring on behalf of our client—a leading retail company with a strong nationwide presence in automotive parts and cooling system solutions.

We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager to handle enterprise-level retail accounts based in BGC, Taguig. This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience who can develop key accounts, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key retail and wholesale accounts within the assigned territory
  • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and retention strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand business across product categories and channels
  • Act as the main liaison between client and internal teams for fulfillment and service delivery
  • Monitor sales performance, handle inquiries, and resolve client concerns
  • Collaborate with internal departments (inventory, logistics, and credit) for account efficiency
  • Prepare sales reports and market insights for management
What We're Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related course preferred

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategic sales, key account management, or retail wholesale distribution
  • Background in automotive parts, technical products, or fast-moving retail is a strong advantage

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and solutions-oriented
  • Proficient in sales reporting and CRM tools
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
