3M is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their team.

Job Description:

This role involves performing transactional procurement activities, including maintaining price information in the system, maintaining IPS/SPO Procurement systems, reporting and analysis of data, resolving exceptions, and handling inquiries from Category and Procurement stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date price information in the system.
  • Analyze and report on data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Global Procurement process and policies and SOX controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate of any business course.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience within sourcing area or procurement transactional activities.
  • Fluent in English and Excellent Communication skills.
  • Highly client service and quality oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in research, analytical and problem solving skills.
